Welcome to our 5th Annual Conference 2010which was held on the 1st November 2010 in the Thisle Hotel Glasgow

It was unmissable by any serious Chef, our 5th National Chefs conference.
This year we had a wealth of culinary talent from around the globe to share their skills and expertise.
The audience of 650 chefs had the opportunity to -
Expand their repertoire; acquire knowledge and techniques from some of the most respected chefs in the world. There was an opportunity to meet with the suppliers with their latest products and cutting edge innovations who support chefs in their kitchens and businesses.
