Neil Thomson the Chief executive of the Federation of Chefs Scotland outlined many of the functions performed by the Federation, the running of the Scottish Culinary teams and our aims and objectives on the world stage. Answering questions from the Audience and encouraging everyone to consider becoming a member if not one already
