
The Second Scottish Chefs Conference was held in Brig O'Doon House, Alloway, South Ayrshire KA7 4PQ on Monday the 19th November 2007.

The conference was an overwhelming success, with outstanding demonstrations from all our participating chefs.
The conference is an annual event, organised by chefs for chefs and provides interesting and informative meeting place for all chefs to communicate and discuss aspects of this industry.

Last year saw the first ever Scottish Chefs conference, bringing Scottish chefs together to meet and discuss many aspects of our industry from the training of new chefs, the high standards in our industry to the quality of produce in Scotland and our place on the world stage.
This year we extended that discussion bringing together chefs form all sectors in an effort to improve our industry for the satisfaction of all.
